Kangaroo Island Birdwatching Tours

Kangaroo Island is home to over 260 Australian bird species, 30 of which live at Sea Dragon. Dedicated birdwatching activities can be arranged (in advance of arrival, at additional expense) however many species can be viewed from your own deck or during walks around the property. In fact, native sheoak trees were repopulated onto our property over 10 years ago to attract the endangered Glossy-black Cockatoo, of which we are often lucky to see.

If you hold a particular interest in birds, please let us know and we’ll be happy to provide some more information on our specialist tours. For more information on our species of birds, please click here.
