Reservations must be new and made between May 1 and June 30, 2026 and not a result of a cancellation and re-book, or re-schedule. 

Reservations can only be made through the Sea Dragon website using the promo code TRAVELKI or by emailing [email protected]. If booking on our website the option to add your chosen travel package will be available on the next screen after choosing your accommodation.

Minimum stay is three nights between the dates of May 1 and September 30, 2026. Minimum guest age is 12 years.
Free Travel Options are only valid when the correct Sea Dragon package type is booked ie guests who book the Self-Drive Package are not eligible for Options A, B and C or those who book the Experience package are not eligible for Options D & E.

Can be combined with Teens Travel Free promotion for Experience Packages but not combinable with any other offers.

Other than reimbursable components, other Free Travel Option inclusions cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation policy as per Sea Dragon’s standard Terms and Conditions apply. Reimbursements for fuel and airline expenses as outlined above and in further detail below, will only be reimbursed once stay is completed. Guests are not eligible for reimbursement if their Sea Dragon booking is cancelled before check-in.

Eligible guests have 10 business days after check-out to provide valid fuel receipts for reimbursement in Australian Dollars. (Credit card receipts will not be accepted and receipt provided must be a printed receipt from the fuel station). Sea Dragon will then provide reimbursement within 10 business days upon proof of receipt to guest’s nominated bank account. 

Proof of expenses for Qantas travel to and from the island will need to be provided within seven days of confirming Sea Dragon booking to be eligible for the reimbursement which will be processed within 10 business days from check-out.

RETURN ADELAIDE / ADELAIDE CAR RENTAL

Car rental to/from Adelaide CBD or Adelaide Airport will be booked for the same check-in / check-out dates as the Sea Dragon eligible booking for up to 4 guests. Excess reduction insurance beyond standard inclusions as well as additional driver fees and other supplementary add-ons are not included and are at additional cost.

FUEL COST REIMBURSEMENT

Reimbursement of up to $150 in total per eligible booking for fuel expenses, provided receipts match either check-in and/or check-out dates at Sea Dragon and are from a fuel station within a distance of 100km of Cape Jervis mainland ferry terminal or are on Kangaroo Island during dates of stay.

RETURN PASSENGER TICKETS WITH SEALINK FERRY

Return ferry passenger tickets with Sealink will be booked by Sea Dragon to match the check-in and check-out dates of the eligible booking at specific times to align with scheduled Penneshaw <> Sea Dragon transfers for Experience package guests or for an afternoon service of the check-in day and morning service of the check-out day for Self Drive guests.

 RETURN VEHICLE TICKETS WITH SEALINK FERRY

Return vehicle tickets with Sealink will be booked by Sea Dragon on an afternoon service of the check-in day and morning service of the check-out day, for eligible bookings.

BOTTLE OF SPARKLING WINE

One bottle of sparkling wine will be provided on arrival per room, per stay for guests 18 years and older, for eligible bookings.

UPGRADE TO NEXT AVAILABLE ROOM TYPE

For eligible bookings, guests will be provided a complimentary upgrade to the next room category, subject to availability upon booking.

QANTAS FLIGHT REIMBURSEMENT

Sea Dragon will reimburse guests after their stay (see details above) for Qantas Economy flights up to $250 per person each way to/from Kangaroo Island/Kingscote Airport irrespective of origin / return destination so long as the booking receipt shows onward connection from or to Kingscote / Kangaroo Island Airport on the same day of the connecting domestic sector.
